Frequently asked questions
How quickly can care start?
Usually within a few days of the assessment. If care is needed urgently, for example after a hospital discharge, tell us and we will do our best to start sooner.
Do you serve families who live abroad?
Yes. Many of our families live outside Ghana. We arrange everything by phone, WhatsApp or video call and send regular updates on how your loved one is doing.
How much does care cost?
Fees depend on the number of hours and the level of care. After the free assessment we give you a clear written quote with no hidden charges.
Will we have the same caregiver each time?
We aim for consistency. Your loved one will have a main caregiver, with a familiar back-up for days off and holidays.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently serve Accra and surrounding areas, including Tema. Contact us if you are further away and we will see how we can help.
Can the care plan change?
Yes. Needs change, and we review every care plan regularly. You can ask for a change at any time.
